2xL will fit up to a woman's size 26 but this quilt is lightweight enough to allow it to be worn oversized by almost anyone. The belt can bring in a lot of the fabric, & sleeves can be rolled up. Very soft & flexible. With pockets! The dealer I purchased this from said the estate puts the quilt at at least 100 years old. Two small stains on the inside that cannot brown seen from the outside which is amazing for fabric this old. Not perfect so please do not expect perfection...just perfectly loved. The quilt was hand pieces, hand appliqué & beautifully quilted by hand.
