After your approval, the production & shipping take 6-8 business days to receive the item with regular shipping method. ($15). If you need rush order please select Expedite Shipping ($35) when you order. -Please let me know If you live in Hawaii & Alaska. Flat rate shipping to Hawaii & Alaska is $70. Please open the package right after you received it & check the product. If there is any damage please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any damage that it causes to the banner after one week you receive the package. We are not responsible for any lost item after UPS or FedEx marked delivered. You need to open a claim by UPS or FedEx. Colors may vary slightly from your computer screen to the actual print. This is due to differences in color calibration.
