Set of two handcrafted pottery wine glasses. Each base is a hollow, wheel-thrown piece created in my Arizona studio. Layered with three separate lead-free glazes, it is fired to cone 5 (2250 deg.F). After cooling completely, the goblet portion is added with the help of a glass cutter & custom epoxy. These sturdy, functional pieces will bring years of enjoyment. I have even found them to be an excellent conversation starter! (Each goblet is approximately 7.25 to 8.25 inches in height & holds 12 oz of liquid.) Part of the beauty of handmade work it that each piece truly is one-of-a-kind. I do not use molds, but weigh the clay prior to throwing to help ensure like sizes. Yet, due to its homemade nature, there may be a trivial difference in height & width of stem. Expect variances in how the glazes blend, run, etc. I'm happy to send a pic of your exact set prior to shipping - just request in the "Convo". I recommend hand-washing.
