Flat rate shipping to Hawaii & Alaska is $70. Please open the package right after you received it & check the product. If there is any damage please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for any damage that it causes to the banner after one week you receive the package. We are not responsible for any lost item after UPS or FedEx marked delivered.
