Early American Pressed Glass butter dish made by United States Glass Company, U S Glass #15061; New York (OMN) a/k/a US Rib, 1899. Fantastic pattern found in this shape, New York is another of United States Glass Company's states series. This is a beautiful ribbed pattern & displays wonderfully. The butter dish base measures 6 3/4" x 6 3/4" & stands 5" tall to the finial. I have found no signs of any damage to this piece. A wonderful & well maintained piece. This is a marvelous piece & will be welcome in any collection of period pressed glass. Sold as is, condition issues, if any, noted.
