All of our customizations are done with embroidery using a commercial embroidery machine & a needle & thread. Embroidery is unable to produce shading/gradient effects. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to ask! After the order is placed, we begin producing the artwork for our machines. We can send a digital mockup for confirmation at this stage upon request.
