This is a large, vintage, Prestige Wall Plaque manufactured by Frank Down LTD, Leicester, England. It is of the ship "HMS Victory". the hard molded plastic plaque has a 3D visual effect. the plaque measures 20 by 14 inches. It is about 3/16 inches thick. there are 2 holes drilled through the top edge with string knotted for easy hanging. It could be framed as well. there are some age markings on the plastic as in picture 6. the bottom right corner of pic 2 you can see another spot. This piece of nautical decor would look great hanging on a dark paneled wall in an office or library.
