~Positively Precious Precut Quilt Kit~ Positively Precious pretty much describes the fabrics in this sweet kit. It would make a sweet quilt for a Little Girl or for the new Baby Girl's nursery. Pink Paisley, dots & hearts....Purple/Lavender dots & butterflies...daisies on green...I have chosen the colors for this kit from one of my fave fabrics ever...those precious little wreaths of posies in pink, yellow & lavender. Your kit includes: All squares to complete your quilt top (5 inch) & the illustration shown above to follow when laying out your squares for sewing. Easy beginner project or for the experienced quilter who is time challenged. All you have to do is sit at your sewing machine & follow the illustration to sew your squares together. Your finished size using standard 1/4" seams is 40.5" by 49.5" I do not include binding fabric in my kits. Many quilters have small pieces of fabric on hand to cut their own bindings in the color of their choice. For example, if your quilt top finishes to 40" by 49" you would need 5 pieces of fabric cut 2.5" wide by width of fabric which is usually 42" wide. in that case you would only need 12.5" of fabric so when purchasing, ½ yard would be more than enough. Also, many buyers add a border or two to their quilt kits from me to make them larger & in that case it would take more fabric for binding.
