First they receive a customized letter from Santa before Christmas letting them know they made the Nice list. Then they wake up on Christmas morning to find Santa left them a certificate under the tree that officially tells them they made the nice list. But waitthey finish unwrapping their presents only to find Santa lost his Sleigh Drivers License under their tree. Make sure you assure them that the Elves made him a new one as we wouldn't want them to think he can't come back next year. What you will receive: A customized letter for your child & addressed to them. (It does not come with an envelope - You will need to mail it to them before Christmas - I suggest you put in an envelope & address to them then just mix it in with your mail so they think it came in the mail.) A Certificate with your child's name on it. (It does not come framed. It is your choice as to frame it or not.) A laminated Sleigh Drivers License that your child can keep as a souvenir. Make sure to complete all customizable areas to ensure you get just what you want on your letter. Example of how to complete the personalization: Child's Name, cleaned room, helped mommy with brother, helped cook supper, etc. I will work these items into the second paragraph of the letter.
