A set of four unused vintage postcards celebrating heraldry & the quincentenary (500 year anniversary) of the College of Arms. These postcards were issued by the Post Office in 1984, each card showcases a different stamp design: Arms of the College of Arms, Arms of Richard III (Founder), Arms of the Earl Marshall, & Arms of the City of London. Perfect for sending to your pals, gifting to a friend who loves heraldry & history, or even framing! Each card is approx 10.5 x 15 cm. Cards in EXCELLENT condition are the best vintage quality, the cream of the postcard crop. Cards in IMPERFECT condition will have flaws like knocked corners and/or small marks but are still great to send or use in creative projects.
