There are not enough descriptive words to capture the unique beauty of this vintage necklace. It has been cherished, & is ready to bring joy to another. Eleven magnificent charms dangle from a lovely flourish stamped book chain necklace. Some of the charms resemble lockets (these do not open). Other charms are oblong fluted beads capped with a floret. While the third charm style is a round bead, stamped with a flourish design, capped with a cone shape, stamped with the same design. The locket-like charms have a two-side design of a urn of flowers that is framed by swirls. The design crevasse has an almost pearlescent blush finish. The necklace is lightweight, and, guessing, it is made of brass. There is no marker's mark it is an unsigned beauty. Condition is good. Given its age, there are some blemishes/small dark spots & wear to areas of the gold finish over the brass. The photos are the best descriptors for the piece. Unclasp, the necklace measures 16 inches. The drop of the charms are 1 1/2 inches. Please look at the photos as they provide the visual description of the vintage costume jewelry.
