I ship th3e same or next day (depending on late or Sunday orders). There are three dehydrated starters in this pack: San Fran Spelt Einkorn Each starter is freshly dehydrated & milled to a fine powder. Each pouch weighs 32 grams. Very clear & easy instructions are included with each starter. You do not have to rehydrate & activate these immediately. They're very hardy & shelf stable for many months.
