Handmade art pendant necklace featuring the norse god Heimdall. Heimdall is a Norse god known as the guardian of the Bifrost, the rainbow bridge connecting Asgard to Midgard. He is famed for his keen senses, particularly his ability to see great distances & hear the grass grow. Heimdall is destined to play a crucial role in Ragnarök, the end of the world in Norse mythology, where he will sound the Gjallarhorn to alert the gods of the impending battle. This art glass pendant has been carefully handcrafted by us in our home studios in Sweden. The art print is covered with a clear glass domed cabochon which enhances the image, then set in a high quality metal setting. The pendant measures 36x28mm including bail. Each necklace comes with a matching 60 cm chain with a lobster clasp. Please feel free to contact us if you would like the chain cut shorter/longer. All our art pendant necklaces are composed of lead - & nickel free metal & available in either silver or bronze finish. Please note that these pendants are not waterproof, so remove them before you go swimming or dancing in the rain ;-) Your necklace will arrive in a lovely organza bag ready for gift giving.
