The picture is created by tearing pieces of washi paper, by hand, into various shapes to make a scene. The yellow tiger is surrounded by the lucky Shochikubai (plum, bamboo & pine) motifs & is arranged on a metallic, gold background. The shikishi is stamped with the artist's seal.
