Leland was a very successful midget & sprint car racer collecting nearly 200 feature wins & 1992 California Racing Association Champion, along with the famous Tulsa OK Chili Bowl. This shirt is in new condition a rare find for 1978! Big tornado & race car graphics on the front & back.
