Heavy thick vase made of red clay by Joop Graft in his own pottery 'Oisterwijk', in Oisterwijk the Netherlands. A beautiful shape with a ribbed part above the middle. A grayish white background glaze, with geometric pattern in blue & black, filled in with a beautiful light turquoise glaze. He made several of these big vases, with a slightly different decoration. His vases are mostly signed but this one not. Made in the seventies begin eighties. The height is 23,6, width 15cm, weight 1544 grams. The condition is excellent.
