This is an adorable set of two vintage handcrafted Cast Art Industries, Inc. Kristin Haynes signed Dreamsicles cherub angel figurines sculptures which includes "Cupid's Arrow" #DC199 & the 1994 "Happy Heart" #DC211 sculptures made in Mexico. Dreamsicles are the highly collectible creations from American artist Kristin Haynes. Each of her sculptures are individually cast out of a plaster & stone composition & hand painted & adorned with natural floral decorations by the artisans employed by Cast Art Industries, which insures that no two figurines are exactly alike. The Cupid sculptural cherub is holding a large red heart in one hand & a bow in the other, with an arrow & two hearts at her feet. Her hair is adorned with a colorful dried floral band & a blue ribbon bow. The original Cast Art Industries label is still attached & the artist's signature is engraved on the side of the base & signed "Kristin" with an illegible year on the bottom. The Dreamsicles measures approximately 5" tall, 2 5/8" long & 2 1/4" wide. The Dreamsicles titled "Happy Heart" #DC211 features a sitting cherub leaning on a large red heart with a dried floral band & blue ribbon in her hair. The original Dreamsicles label is still attached & the artist's signature is engraved on the side & signed "Kristin '95" on the bottom. The set is in good vintage condition with surface wear including scratches, scuffs, staining, imperfections & a large chip on the tip of Cupid's arrow (please see picture #5).
