The Sterling file is marked with British assay markings: Sterling, Anchor symbol, & Victorian letter B meaning that it was made in Birmingham in 1846. The solid handle is 3 3/4" long with a 4" long Fingernail File. Beautiful vintage Towle Sterling Silver(.925) rouge blush brush in "OLD MASTER 1942" design. The solid handle is 3" long with 1" long, very soft brush natural hair. Handle inscribed with circled "C" followed by "TOWLE STERLING".
