This unsealed pine nesting box is specifically designed & made to order for northern or southern flying squirrels, & comes complete with metal predator guards to keep your little one safe. All proceeds from this nesting box go to the spay of Jay's rescued basset hound. - House Features: Dimensions: Overall height: 18" Living space height:15" 7.25" wide x 9" deep Made from 3/4" unsealed pine - Comes with: -1.5" entrance & exit holes -Grip strips on three sides -Air holes on three sides -Drainage holes underneath -Inside shelf -Left side door to clean out house -Two exterior grade mounting screws & instructions. -These boxes are for flying squirrels. They have a 1.5" entrance hole. Greys,reds & foxers will not fit -Straw nesting material. - SHIPPING: All boxes shipped free via UPS ground to the contiguous US. We do not ship to AK as the shipping is over $150.00. We do not ship to PO boxes since we use UPS. - PRODUCTION TIME: Boxes are made to order in 5-7 business days during the spring & fall-winter season. Be mindful of this when ordering. jay does not want to put out less than perfect houses & when building 20-30 a week he can't always just squeeze another one in. - ABOUT US: Since 2010 we have worked with several licensed wildlife rehab specialists to create the perfect nesting box for wild animals. We aren't just woodworkers slapping something together that looks cool. A lot of thought, research & care have gone into each design. We do not use cedar because it contains oils & perfumes which can be harmful to small animals.
