Use a few flakes to add some eye catching shimmer to eyes, face, lips or body! How to apply - Be careful when opening! Flakes are finely pressed & light as a feather. They spill easily so I'm not kidding when I say BE CAREFUL opening. Open on a flat surface & slowly. Also make sure you aren't near a fan or outside where there may be a breeze. Flakes need to adhere to something tacky so you need a primer. I like to use my finger to tap them on over our FIxIT eyeshadow primer. Make sure your finger is dry when picking up or they will stick to whatever is wet & not come off your finger.
