ALL ABOUT THIS ITEM: - This cake topper is laser cut from 1/8" (3 mm) thick food safe acrylic or plywood with a thickness of 1/8" (4 mm). The two standard non-removable 1.75" (4.45 cm) cake stakes are not included in the over-all height. This cake topper is very lightweight & will not sink into your cake. - They are sturdy on cakes, but can break if dropped or handled roughly. - These cake toppers are made by hand with love. Slight variations should be expected. - Product colors may appear slightly different on your computer monitor or phone screen than they do in person because of brightness, monitor settings, etc. Keep this in mind when placing your order. HOW TO ORDER: - Choose your primary color. This is the color of your cake topper! - Choose your size for the cake topper. (NOTE: This will be the longest side of your cake topper!) - Let us know what last name (date, cat, dog) you would like. - Double check your shipping address before submitting your order, we cannot change it after your make your purchase. SHOP POLICIES: -Because each product we create has been custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. -If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 12 hours of delivery. -We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered during transit. -If your item was damaged in transit, send us a photo of the item & the packaging it came in within 48 hours of delivery. -Personalization changes made after an order is placed are not guaranteed, but message us ASAP to see if it's possible. -Delivery dates are estimates & are not guaranteed. Order in advance if you need your order by a certain date. -We do not create products or write gift messages that contain profanity. -If a package is returned to us for any reason, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of the new shipping label. -If we have any questions about your order, we will message you as soon as possible.
