Flint Glass bar bottle made by Boston & Sandwich Glass Company; Horn of Plenty (a/k/a) a/k/a Comet, 1850s. Wonderful early period American glass bottle from the Boston & Sandwich Glass Company (based on shards found at the old factory site), this bottle measures 8 1/2" tall. This bottle apparently had been chipped on the applied lip but has been skillfully repaired in the past. The bottle displays beautifully despite the repair & would make a grand addition to any collection of early American glass. Sold as is, condition issues, if any, noted.
