George Jones & Son Abbey 1790 England 1902 Revival of an 1830 pattern by William Adams called Abbey Wreath. Jones used the old plates to make this 1902 revival pattern. Marked with Abbey 1790 cartouche as well as impressed George Jones & Son marks Best described as a dark navy blue in color bordering on black. Measures 10.25" wide in very good antique condition with light crazing. There appears to be a manufacturing imperfection on top left border, a tiny y dot of excess clay.
