PERSONALIZING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Using the drop-down menu, choose the Single Mom or the Single Dad. 2. Choose how many pets you want to add (if any). 3. Using the YELLOW NUMBERS on the image for reference, let us know exactly where you want your names. 4. If adding pets, you must click on the PET CHART thumbnail image to let us know which pets you want, along with your pets names. Pets will be placed where they fit best. 5. If you want something written on the bottom, such as a last name, let us know. Be aware that there may not be room depending on how many pets you add. 6. Let us know if you want the current year added. If you don't request it, it will not be included. Design & colors as exactly as pictured & cannot be changed. Please include your email & cell number in case we have a question with your order as we often find mistakes.
