This is a medal for the 1983 International Film & Television Festival of New York that was never awarded as the back shows no engraving. It's heavy bronze & measures 2 3/4" in diameter & 3/16" thick. These are fairly scarce & would make a good addition to a TV & movie memorabilia collection. Has some expected wear from knocking around for 35+ years.
