If you've ever been to Virginia's Colonial Williamsburg, you'll definitely recognize these! This is a beautiful pair of vintage John Haymson prints - the Capitol Building & the Governor's Palace. To the best of my knowledge, he painted the originals in the 50's. These prints were professionally framed. in the frames, they measure 17 1/8" x 14 1/8". The images as you see them here measure approximately 12" x 9". The mats are light brown in color. They may look gray in some of the photos - they are NOT gray. The brown is very neutral & will work with many other decor colors. It does appear that these were not properly stored & the wooden frames show evidence of that. Both have scuffs & marks at the top center & the Governor's Palace frame has some at the bottom center as well. A matching stain stick from one of the home improvement stores may help camouflage those areas a bit. Be sure to look at all the photos; they are considered part of the description. Still a beautiful set for any American history enthusiast. These are being sold as a set & will not be sold individually. Being sold as is & all sales are final.
