Included: One Straight Stainless Steel Straw, One Bent Stainless Steel Straw & a Cleaning Brush Hand Wash in order to preserve the vacuum seal, which is what provides the insulation these tumblers are so good at! Dishwashers can also heat up the plastic lids too much, causing warping, so it's best to hand wash those as well. If the carrier shows the item was delivered there will nothing we can do if you do not receive it.
