FONTS You have the choice of 5 different fonts for the Top Heading. If you do not specify a font, we will use font #1. PROOF After you order, we will send you a proof to approve within 2-3 business days. NOTE: if we send a proof, & we do not hear back from you within 5 days, we will then go ahead & ship the board. After Lease Status, Move Out, Move In, & Address we can fit up to 15 column names. If you want a good sized Notes section at the end, we can fit 10 columns (after Address). COLUMNS WIDTHS If you want any of the columns to be able to fit more than a checkmark or date (other than Address), indicate whether you want the column width to be medium or large. (If you don't designate a width, we will assume all the columns are small, which fit a checkmark or date.) MARKERS We include both a dry-erase & a wet-erase marker. -EXPO wet-erase marker writes darker & crisper than dry erase markers, & ink does not erase when your hand passes over it. To erase, wet a paper towel with water, wipe off ink, & use a dry paper towel to dry the board. -EXPO dry erase marker is easier to erase, but it does not write as dark, & the ink erases if your hand passes over it. CUP HOLDER & ERASER in the drop down menu, choose whether you want to add a stainless steel cup holder & eraser. It can be attached to the wall with included double sided adhesive strips.
