The Purple Dart is superb variant of Lance Egan's Red Dart. I've taken the liberty of changing from gold to copper on the bead, but the rest is true to form. I've had a love affair with purple because it puts fish on in any condition. I expect this pattern to be as productive as the original. Fish it in tandem or with a red. As always, it's on a barbless competition jig hook with a tungsten bead to get down to feeding lanes quickly.
