Vintage 1940s brass novelty brooch. Brimmed hat with rhinestone feather plume at side. One curved side. Back safety clasp closure. State of garment | good, some overall wear with oxidation & scratches to brass, no missing rhinestones but there is fogginess to them. some minimal rusting to pin. has not been cleaned. refer to photos & request further photos if needed.
