Measurements: 21.5" down the length of the spine 11" across the middle of the skin This goat rawhide is thin & therefore ideal for making smaller hand drums, lamp shades, & craft projects. Some customers do not recommend the small goatskins for use in making rattles as the rawhide does not hold its shape well. Goats are not an endangered species.
