Isn't it wonderful to find old industrial pieces like this & create interesting & dramatically contrasting uses for them? I can see this old empty "Stock - Easy Kit", once used to organize Cap Thread Gaskets used in plumbing, re-purposed to organize things a hundred ways to give new life to this unique piece. This empty metal box has 4 rectangular compartments & the inside is crisp & clean. This empty box was once used to organize Assortment # 39 which offered the supply house 288 pieces as pictured on the underside of the lid. It is made of sheet metal, & the lid opens & closes smoothly & properly, & the clasp secures it smoothly. It is in good condition, with some superficial rust, flaking, pitting, & missing paint, with faded graphics on the front cover. Probably from 1978. The box measures about 10 3/4" wide by 10 3/4" deep & about 1 7/8" high. It weighs almost 3 pounds. FREE shipping within the United States.
