Hang or lay flat to dry. If you need to get wrinkles out of the jersey or the lettering, you can put your jersey in the dryer, inside out for about 5-10 minutes & then hang. These are actual hockey jerseys so the run slightly larger than a regular shirt. Check sizing chart in photo section. Goalie cut is made for an actual hockey goalie with VERY LARGE ARMS.
