Vintage Bulova Wrist Watch. Inset Second Hand. 1931 Bulova 15 Jewel Movement. Star Company Watch Case. Roman Numerals with dots. Very cool dial. Possibly hand-painted / or redone, as I cannot find one like it. The research was done with the help of mybulova.com. Manual Wind. It is currently running / keeping time. For accuracy, it is important to keep your watch wound every day to build up a power reserve. Gently wind the stem until you first feel a slight resistance - that means it is fully wound.
