Our items are made using all natural raw materials sourced from sustainable & ethical farms. These being natural & organic, no two pieces will ever be exactly identical. Each piece has its own features & personality. We do try to match pieces in each order as much as possible. Shipping for bulk orders (500 pieces of each design) will be made from our Texas location. Shipping for regular retail order will be done from one of our workshops. We have a physical store in Texas along with two workshops & showrooms located in Shanghai & Hong Kong respectively. Delivery times for bulk orders from our Texas location usually take 4-7 days for delivery. Delivery times for regulars retail orders usually take 12-21 days if there are no customs or shipping delays.
