A unique tie tack that I made with an original 1978 200 Lire gold tone Vatican City coin (can also work as a lapel pin if you take off the chain). I have left the coin with its nice natural luster. The tie tack back is a new silver tone with strong clasp (pin back is encased in a two-part epoxy). It will come in a new gift box & this will be the exact piece you receive.
