This is a lovely, very clean vintage art piece. It is a completed cross stitch that has been lovingly matted & framed, ready to gift or hang. The words say "Mom, Always Near, Forever Dear". The knots flowers on the hat are very well done. Just a lovely, rustic throwback image. The frame is brown wood, the matte is country blue with a dusty rose inner that accents the image beautifully. The piece is not marked with initials or date, but the frame is dated May 12, 1990. It is in very good to excellent condition. The frame is 11 3/8 x 9 3/8" & the part that shows through the matte is about 6.5" x 4.5". Gift worthy condition.
