This mold is dedicated to making average & large projects - mainly countertops. You can divide it into smaller forms, eg in half, to make two square tops 30 "x 30". The Resealable form's feature: - 0,47" (12 mm) thick HDPE , - Walls mold are 2,67" high (68 mm), - Fastened with screws, - 2 Bubble levels, - Requires silicone seal for each pour - you have to do it by yourselve (pour resin after 2-3 days). It is made from HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)- epoxy resin & many other glues will not stick to HDPE. Junior Mold inside measures: 60,24" x 30,11" x 2,67" (153 cm x 76,5 cm x 6,8 cm - thickness of HDPE board: 12 mm). The mold is delivered ready to use, but you have to remember that you MUST seal it by silicone, then you are able to pour a resin 2-3 days after that. When you start another work with resin you also have to do a new seal. Seal it inside & outside the mold, it will be 100% sure that there will not be any leeking from it. It is very simple.
