I try to ship your tags out as fast as I can, but unfortunately, I have no control over the length of time a package takes to get to you once I mail it. I have noticed it reaches most destinations in 9-12 days. I cannot be responsible for any additional fees you may incur for your package to be delivered in your country. Certain countries are more likely to have packages held up in customs ( in UK & Spain this is common), depending on their procedures. This is out of my control & will not be responsible for packages caught up in customs. I find it just as frustrating when it happens, but there is no way for me to get in contact with customs, & the post office has also notified me they are unable to reach out to customs as well.
