A large & detailed 19th Century landscape painting depicting a castle in the distance with a river flowing toward the viewer with rocks, trees & a beautiful blue sky with clouds by English artist, William Mark Fisher (1841-1923), housed in a gilt wood & gesso frame. The painting measures 30" x 50" & the overall size including the frame measures 35" x 55". The canvas has been lined at some time in its previous history. The painting has been professionally cleaned & revarnished & is ready to hang. There are some restorations to the frame as well, but it presents nicely. This item includes FREE shipping, but due to the large size, may need to ship with a blanket-wrap shipper instead of a common courier.
