EDRIS ECKHARDT ceramic sculpture WPA FAP Ohio Art Project Cleveland 11" H. Hand modeled earthenware sculpture by Edris Eckhardt of a couple, the man in military dress, the woman in a bonnet & carrying a purse. I have owned this for several decades & only recently found the signature, incised on the side of the base & mostly glazed over. Eckhardt produced ceramic sculptures in slip cast editions for the Ohio Art Project. This one is entirely hand modeled. Excellent condition. $24 S/I in the U.S., more abroad.
