About Your Beads: Magnesite gemstone beads are color-enhanced to a beautiful blue-green color resembling natural turquoise. The gemstone naturally contains dark to light brown veining, or matrix, that is also seen in turquoise. Commonly used in design in place of genuine turquoise as it is more affordable & durable. Turquoise is a basic hydrated phosphate of medium hardness. Magnesite is a soft, porous magnesium carbonate with similar natural veining as in Turquoise. Magnesite can be found in a small variety of colors naturally, including pink, but is most commonly found in a milky white color. White magnesite is known for its calming properties, helping to improve creative visualization & imagination. It is also commonly believed to bring deep peace & silent relaxation during meditation, stimulate passion in the heart & help strengthen bones & teeth.
