This was one of the first neighbors to introduce himself (Well, perhaps a close relative, anyway) up here in the Sierra Foothills when we moved in years ago. His real name is an "Audubon's Yellow-rumped Warbler" but the locals call him a "Butter Butt" because of the 'patch' of yellow on his behind - mostly seen while flying away. His rump 'Patch' wins him the subject of Day 29's Inktober 2021 prompt! Whether following the official prompts or not, I alternated between Birds & Flora throughout the month in 2021. Each Lino Mini print is made with the same intention & care as my larger, more elaborate fine art. Cherish & enjoy in health & happiness!
