Greet your guests with this Be Our Guest Metal Wall Decor. Add this sign to your Entryway, Guest Bedroom or Guest Bathroom! You can also add this sign outdoors! It is made out of 16-gauge metal & is powder coated for durability & is weather resistant. Each word comes separated & has holes in each word for hanging. (Hardware not included) Please keep in mind with the rust treatment each piece comes out a little different color wise (Rust Treatment is not powder coated but does have clear coat) The dimensions are sized by in a single line & the height is measuring from the tallest point to the lowest point of the sign. 24" wide by 5.5" tall 36" wide by 8.1" tall 48" wide by 10.9" tall 60" wide by 13.7" tall These are made to order, & our lead time is 2 weeks. You can either do the free shipping which is through USPS, or you can pay $12 for shipping through FedEx. Please keep in mind USPS has been running behind & is having delays with some packages. If you choose USPS, please be patient if your package gets delayed. As long as it is moving, USPS says it will eventually get to you. If you see your package is at a standstill in shipping, please message us & let us know & we can file a missing package inquiry & see if that will move things along. Once it leaves our hands & goes into the hands of USPS & FedEx, we cannot control what happens after that. If your package gets damaged in shipping, please message us & we can either remake the piece for you or give you a 50% refund on the piece. You will need to supply pictures of the damaged piece (full pictures & upclose) as well as pictures of the packaging so we can file a claim through USPS or Fedex. We do our very best to pack the pieces in the best & saftest manner to get them to you & add several fragile stickers, but unfortunately sometimes the delivery person is not the easiest on the packages.
