Description
The lamp was designed by Svend Middelboe in 1962 & manufactured by Nordisk Solar. It is a pearl of not only Danish but also global design. The individual lamp shadows are arranged in a funnel shape towards the center so that the light is reflected at the top & bottom of the lamp. Reflection ensures even light distribution over the lamp surface. The lamp is in very good condition, with minimal signs of wear, a few minor scratches. This is the original lamp produced by Nordisk Solar. It is a smaller version of the lamp. Dimensions: diameter 39cm height 30cm The lamp has been thoroughly cleaned, & a new approx. A 2-meter long braided cable has been installed. A roof lining is attached to each lamp. Please note that the things we sell are used, often 40-50 years old, & therefore have traces of use that cannot always be captured in the photos.
