We do NOT print ourselves, we use partners to print & fulfill our orders - typically within just a few days! We are always open to modifications, custom orders, & here to answer any questions you might have about an order or an order you'd like to place. Message us & we will respond straight away, We don't offer returns as each item is made to order but please always message us if there is an issue with the item you have received. SHIRT / SWEATSHIRT DETAILS DESIGN: All of our shirts are hand designed by me in New York City. They are printed by our partners who are in California. All designs are PRINTED onto the garment using digital print technology. It is very soft & feels like it's part of the shirt. Wash inside out to preserve the design as best as possible. SHIPPING: THIS VARIES Depending on where you live, what you order, if it's customized or not. PLEASE account for this when placing an order. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY DATES & cannot always upgrade shipping either. Please take note of this around the holidays, specifically. SIZING: ALL SHIRTS ARE UNISEx SIZING UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED! :) Please see size chart in the images section! I wear a medium in my normal life. I am 5'8" & weigh 155 lbs. I also can wear a large if I want it a little more roomy. You shouldn't really have to size down as I find the shirts/sweatshirts to be fairly true to size. Nothing is fitted. MATERIALS 100% combed & ring-spun cotton (Heather colors contain polyester) Heather colors are 52% combed & ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester Athletic Heather is 90% combed & ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester Heather Prism colors are 99% combed & ring-spun cotton, 1% polyester Fabric weight: 4.2 oz (142 g/m2) Pre-shrunk fabric Shoulder-to-shoulder taping Side-seamed MATCHING GROUP SHIRTS OR MULTIPLE SHIRTS! Each item in a family or matching/multiples order IS SOLD SEPARATELY. Please add each item to the cast after picking the color/size from the dropdown menu. COLORS: Please refer to the colors listed in the display images to find your desired color! Don't see the color you want in the drop down menu? Just add it in the NOTES section at checkout & we will accommodate you. If we cannot, we will send you an email! PERSONALIZATION: if there is an option to personalize, there will be a special box to write the personalization in. For easy things like a color you'd prefer etc, you can just use the NOTES section at checkout! CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER: Anything you want different?
