An out of the ordinary rainbow clock handcrafted from recycled magazines. The perfect reminder that time is the only thing we can't recycle. Each second in the clock is indicated by a different shade of color that softly merges into another & completes the spectrum. Love to know what went into the making of this clock? Each shade of the spectrum is key to rendering the magic of the rainbow. I obsessively hunted for the perfect shades of paper for days & nights, among heaps of magazines & finally, this challenging piece of art happened. Naturally my most time consuming (and soul-fulfilling) work. I hope it brings you the same joy! The frame is coated with a sealant to make it water resistant, while preserving the natural color & texture of paper. The clock has a recycled board base & black metallic hands. The clock machine runs with 1 AA size battery (not included) & the silent sweep clock movement operates very quietly.
