Please read carefully! 3 Cats shweshwe fabric by Da Gama Textiles in South Africa is 35" wide, 100% cotton, first dyed the background color & then printed using copper rollers. The fabric is then highly starched. The starch makes the fabric stiff & has an odor before it washes out. Fabric must be prewashed! This fabric with a blue medallion design is printed on white fabric. The fabric comes to us folded by the meter (approx. 39 inches) so for ease that is how we are pricing it, by the half meter. If you order multiple lengths we will send you one continuous length of cloth. For example, if you order a quantity of 2 you will receive a piece of fabric that is 35" wide & 39" long. Starch washes out with machine washing. Shrinkage is up to 10% so your half meter will end up being a half yard. Wash separately, cold to warm. Do not bleach Do not dry clean.
