Just leave the Child's Name & Date of the Event that you would like printed on the sticker in the Personalization Box upon ordering. PROOFS You also have the option to review a Proof of the sticker prior to printing. Simply choose your option in the drop down menu upon ordering! Please be sure the email address you provide is valid so that you are able to receive the proofs. Proofs are sent to the customer via Etsy Conversations & I will send a direct email to the email provided by the customer if I do not receive a response via Etsy within 1-2 hours of proof being sent. If you have not received the proof within a few hours of the purchase, please check your spam folder. -NOTE- If a Proof of the sticker has been requested & an approval of the Proof has NOT been received from the customer within 48 hours of purchase, the sticker will be shipped out without the approval.
