This personalized baseball player hotel flag is printed on 13 oz banner material. Each hotel banner comes with a magnet pole & can be personalized for each player without any additional cost. DESIGN OPTIONS: This is a predesigned banner with a baseball theme for travel baseball hotel rooms. Change player names, numbers, fonts, font colors, & logo for not additional charge. Please email contact@libertysignandgraphics.com to request custom designs. Additional fees may apply if the logo is not in a vector format suitable for large format printing. We will convert any file to a vector format for an additional fee. Vector format are files originally generated in .pdf., .svd, .ai, or .eps. Please note that taking an image file & saving as a PDF does not turn it into a vector file. If you are not sure of the quality of your logo, please message us with a copy & we will let you know if it is production ready. If you don't have a vector file or production ready file, you can upgrade your purchase by purchasing the vector file conversion option. PERSOLIZATION: There is no additional charge to add individual player names & numbers to each hotel flag. There is also no upcharge provided the logo is a vector file & the layout stays basically the same. We do allow font changes. On occasion we will suggest a narrow font to accommodate large last names. PROOFS: We send proofs for approval prior to production. We are no longer providing proofs prior to purchase. For faster turnaround please send high quality logos or images that you want to include. CONSTRUCTION: Custom baseball hotel flags are double sided & printed on 13 oz. PVC banner material. All hotel banners are printed with environmentally friendly latex ink. Banners are folded over & hemmed on three sides forming a pole pocket at the top that easily slides over the holder. Finished hotel banners are approximately 9.5" wide & 14" long. The magnet pole is approximately 12" in length including the magnet. Each magnet pole is hand assembled. Out hotel magnets are heavy duty & hold up to 65 lbs. SHIPPING: Shipping dates are contingent on proof approvals. We typically print & ship single orders within 3 business days of proof approval. Larger hotel banner orders will require additional processing time & can take up to 10 business days depending on material availability. We work with our customers on fast turnarounds for all our products. Just let us know if you have a specific deadline so we can accommodate.
